24/01/2008· 12152005, 02:21 PM. I attempted to change the thermostat on my 1996 Corsica V6 and found that the the exhaust crossover manifold runs right next to the thermostat housing, making it look impossible to remove the thermostat housing without removing the exhaust manifold as well.
